CHILDREN and YOUTH: Children are valued members of our faith community and are included in worship, education, and fellowship. Because we are a close church family, we know every child. Children and youth are invited to join in worship. Quiet-time worship bags with activities are available to help the youngest enjoy this time – ask a greeter.
A Typical Morning: Our children worship with the community in the sanctuary and participate in a children’s message activity. Children kindergarten and older continue to worship in the sanctuary, childcare is provided for younger children if the parents wish. After worship the children join our community in the fellowship hall for coffee and snacks.
INFANTS and TODDLERS: Childcare is always available during worship.
ADULTS: Christian Education for Adults is offered in a variety of formats through the year, which include special forums held after coffee fellowships to learn from an outside speaker or Brookmeader as well as special topics class series. Forum topics have ranged from the geology of Antarctica, to personal spiritual practices, introduction to the Muslim faith and a theology of social action!
