Restorative Yoga Class at Brookmeade UCC
Starting April 20th we will have a new yoga class at Brookmeade! Singer-Songwriter and Yoga Teacher Extraorginaire Ali Sperry will be leading the class for us. The cost is $15.00 per class, and you will find that Ali is a wonderful and fun teacher! Here is a link to her website: https://www.alisperryyoga.com/
The class is Easy Yoga & Restorative Yoga. All positions can be adapted for newcomers and for those of us who are old in body but young in heart! All are welcome!
The schedule will be as follows:
Wednesday, April 13, 4:00 pm: Class with Zoom with Ali Sperry (pre-recorded)
Wednesday, April 20, 4:00 pm: Live Class on Zoom with Ali Sperry
Wednesday, May 4, 4:00 pm: Live Class on Zoom with Ali Sperry
Wednesday, May 11, 4:00 pm: Live Class on Zoom with Ali Sperry
If you cannot attend in person, please consider joining the class remotely via Zoom. Please let us know if you need to have a Zoom link sent to you. We will need your email address to do so.
For Payment: You may bring cash or check to each class (or for a month at a time). If you need a scholarship or help with the price of the class, please let us know. Ali takes Venmo, as well as checks. Information as to her contact information will follow to the class members (those who have signed up.)
