Please consider supporting the 2024 Neighbors in Need Offering, one of the 5 UCC offerings we contribute to annually. This year’s theme is “Mental Health Justice For All!” A just world for all is a world where the human rights and well-being of people with mental health challenges are respected, no matter who you are or where you are in life’s mental health journey. One-third of the offering supports Council for American Indian Ministry (CAIM). Two-thirds are used by Justice and Witness Ministries to provide grants to UCC churches and support a variety of justice initiatives, advocacy efforts, and direct service projects. We will begin collecting the NIN offering on October 6, 2024, but contributions can be made during the entire month of October by sending a check to Brookmeade (please designate NIN offering in the memo line), or by giving online with Tithe.ly (just select NIN Offering in the drop-down menu).
