Spiritual Retreat POSTPONED
Because so few were available to sign up for the Church Retreat at Penuel Ridge, we are rescheduling for the fall. If there is a particular date that doesn’t work for you, let us know. We are thinking of October at this time, and we will check on available weekends with Penuel Ridge. Thanks!

Sun. Mar. 11th: OGHS
Brookmeade is a five for five church. We participate in all 5 of the UCC Special Offerings. The next is the One Great Hour of Sharing on March 11th. One Great Hour of Sharing, as part of Our Churches Wider Mission, is the special mission offering of the United Church of Christ that carries God’s message of love and hope to people in crisis. The UCC works with international partners to provide sources of clean water, food, education and health care, small business micro-credit, advocacy and resettlement for refugees and displaced persons, and emergency relief and rehabilitation. OGHS also supports domestic and international ministries for disaster preparedness and response. Look for the special offering envelopes. “Now to God be the glory, who by the power at work within us is able to accomplish for more than all we can ask or imagine” (Ephesions 3:20)
